We ask that one individual with signing authority (C-Suite, SVP, VP) from each participating partner completes the opt-in information below:

Each participating partner only needs to opt-in once before allowing their individual contributors to participate in all or some of our TD SYNNEX Dell ISG incentives.

Please note: Individual representatives can earn no more than a total of $5,000 of incentive benefits for the Dell Technologies fiscal year (February-January)

The TD SYNNEX policy is to award the PRIZE to the company for which you work. You acknowledge that you and/or your company are responsible for any associated income/payroll taxes. TD SYNNEX will not pay any taxes on your behalf.
