Please follow the below steps to claim your activity:

1. Login in Partner Marketing Incentive (PMI/E2open) tool
2. Activities executed in Partner Growth Program (PGP) are CLAIM ONLY, a Prior Approval request does not need to be submitted before creating your claim because TD SYNNEX pre-approved your participation in PGP.

3. Select the Partner Growth Program in the dropdown and click Next.

4. In the following screen click Next, since the claim will be submitted against a fund not a Prior Approval (PA).

5. All fields on the claim form with a red asterisk are required.



Please note the following:

1. Activity Group: When selected, the Activity Type field will auto populate
2. Start Date: Must begin within 2 quarter period
3. End Date: Must end within 2 quarter period
4. Activity Notes: Enter any notes in the field that relate to the activity
5. TD SYNNEX Covered Cost: Enter $10,000
   
   

6. In documentation, add the Proof of Performance (POP) listed on the right side of the screen after the activity type has been selected.

7. Click Next button at bottom right of screen, the next screen allows you to review your claim before submitting for audit.
8. Click Submit.

 

All Partner Growth Program (PGP) campaign selections will be bound by the TD SYNNEX/NetApp Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Guidelines. Partners will be responsible to manage Proof of Performance for MDF in accordance to current TD SYNNEX/NetApp MDF Guidelines, timelines and claim/audit processes. Failure to follow MDF Guidelines will result in partner’s termination from PGP.
